What if I see something I like, but it is not in the store?
Most of the items that we make are custom and will not be found in the online store. Please feel free to reach out via the contact page and we are happy to work with you to design and create your request.
Can items be returned?
Because most of our creations are custom and/or personalized, all sales are final and items cannot be returned. You will want to be sure that you are ordering the correct size and are welcome to reach out for dimensions and other product information to verify details before purchase.
Where are your products made?
All items are handmade and/or personalized in the USA in Herriman, UT. Certain items like T-shirts and seasonal special items (such as Easter bunnies) are purchased from a variety of sources and then personalized here. While not always, we do our best to use items made in the US whenever possible and are happy to answer any questions about our sources.
